Location and nice part of Chicago's history
Slow elevators. No stairs. We were in room 131.
This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Really enjoyed their on-site restaurant Coq d'Or, it was good.
For tea and goodies visit Espression by Lavazza, located close by. It is nestled close enough to water tower place.
Fantastic location and beautiful hotel. Olde world charm and elegant! Staff all friendly and helpful.
Linen on lower bed base was threadbare but otherwise room was spacious and lovely - bed very comfy!
The location and view of lake michigan
Room was excellent. Atmosphere in the hotel lobby very well. Very nice location. Enjoyed my stay.
The manager on staff for saturday and Sunday 9/4-9/5 was very personable and went the extra mile to meet our needs. The entire staff provided quality service.
The room had a musty odor and the bed was uncomfortable. Onsite parking is very expensive. No free wifi available.
I lived in Chicago for many years. I loved this hotel when I lived there for tea and the atmosphere and I still love it now visiting and staying at the hotel.
We loved the old world charm of this landmark hotel and if there is a better Chicago location I can't imagine where that would be. The staff were very helpful and most courteous at all times. Thanks Drake staff for a wonderful weekend!
Beautiful hotel, outstanding services.
It's central to all you need for a buisness trip ,or a holiday weekend
Nothing, except have to leave
It is a historical hotel with old history. Nice location, not far from the beach or the shopping area. Plenty of good restaurant near by within walking distance.
The bed is too soft...
The location was great, and the nice old-fashioned building also a plus.
The price, a little too costly for the buck you pay.
Great old fashioned Chicago Hotel. Lots of American wood, thick carpets, excellent serivce and great restaurants. Great location, just off Lake Michigan. I would recommend this to anyone.
